Multi-family buildings Arenys de Mar

We present a building located in Arenys de Mar and surrounded by green spaces. The plot had a considerable slope, which posed a challenge, so we staggered the building and planned a two-level garage.

The 27-unit building —ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms— features large balconies and terraces because we wanted each flat to have an outdoor surface and, especially, to have a direct view of the future library.

Our goal was to build a lasting structure, with exposed brick on the facade. Its use of air source heat pumps as its main heating and hot water system makes it rather sustainable.
