OUR METHOD

How we work

We prepare a free design proposal that includes all <em>your ideas</em> within a one month. It will provide you with information on finishes, our quotation and delivery times. The second phase is where we get technical: measuring, documenting, placing and choosing. Phase three begins with the arrival of the industrial teams. At this point we'll visit different showrooms, select features and update you on our weekly progress in order to keep costs under control. The final phase involves paperwork and certifications (habitation certificates, business licences and completion certificates) to make sure everything is in order.

The best part, as always, is seeing your face when you walk into your finished project.

Carme
Presenting a renovation of a terraced house with a twist: two houses combined into a single home with a dual structure. Structural elements such as the party wall, the entrance area and the original staircase wall were left in place.

The client knew they wanted a simple and classic design. We adapted the building to the steep, sloping terrain by dispersing its volume.

Lacy
The most important feature of this renovation was maintaining the essence of the house, respecting the exposed brick walls and beams, as well as the joinery, doors and façade.
Sant Ferran
We demolished an old factory in order to erect this building of 11 terraced homes.
