English-style town houses Sabadell

This project was for a couple with two little children. The first challenge was the house's scant depth and limited surface area for the four members of the family, so we chose to keep the essence of a terraced house and not build a garage. As a result, the ground floor is the living area, with the kitchen, toilet, living room and dining room in contact with the back yard.

The compact first floor is the canvas on which we painted two bedrooms, along with their respective bathrooms. The second floor hosts a large multi-purpose space with a high ceiling, a hall-study, a slanted ceiling and large windows that fill the room with light and create a spacious effect.
