Presenting a renovation of a terraced house with a twist: two houses combined into a single home with a dual structure. Structural elements such as the party wall, the entrance area and the original staircase wall were left in place.

We began with the ground floor, which features an open-plan kitchen, the living and dining room, a guest room, a toilet and the garage.

The living room has a double-volume space linking it to the study above, fostering an expansive atmosphere and a sense of interconnected spaces.

Outside is the dual-section patio, which we divided into a chill-out area with a table and a swimming pool area with a shed at the end.

The home's linear staircase showcases its three distinct spaces: the open-plan study and two suite bedrooms.

In the colour and material department, we went for neutral colours in combination with wood. The property has ceramic flooring.
