Unifamiliar building Calonge

Introducing a single-family home on a single level, featuring two large enclosed spaces designed to marry aesthetics with functionality. The first one contains the garage and the entrance to the home, while the second one spans the terrace and chill-out area.

The only completely open space is the central part of the home, where the living room, dining room and kitchen stand in harmony. In turn, this central part flows into the outdoor chill-out area and the swimming pool.

As for the nighttime area, we wanted to imbue the master bedroom with privacy by placing it at one end of the house, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

To enhance the privacy of the suite, the remaining bedrooms and the guest bathroom have been situated at the opposite end of the house.

The three main areas of the home are fitted with separate heating and air conditioning systems.
