Single family homes

Roger de Flor I

This property was a peculiar project because it stands on a shared lot belonging to two siblings who wanted to build two separate semi-detached houses for their families. Both the layout and the requirements were tailored to each family.

This house faces Roger de Flor Street, while the other one faces Cellers Street. One of the original challenges was having two facades in a corner property, which influenced the project from A to Z.

The material for the facade was exposed brick, which the clients selected for its easy upkeep and subtle hues that blend in with the street.

The ground floor features a garage, a flex room and a dining room with a summer kitchen that joins the patio and pool. The living area is on the first floor and the suite and children's rooms are on the second and third floors.

A skylight that reaches both the bedrooms and the kitchen brings light from the patio to the heart of the home.

The decoration of the project adopts a modern style with clean lines and Nordic aesthetics.
