On this project, we worked with the foundations of the previous building and erected a new prefabricated, concrete industrial building. We broke the rules to create a more dynamic space in what was to begin with a very static building. We created vertical energy by adding windows and decided to highlight the main façade by incorporating a glass wall that allows vertical shafts of light to enter, which become a feature in their own right.
