English-style town houses Sabadell

Our goal with this authentic English-style town house was to maintain as much of the original building as possible, an explicit request from the clients. Part of the façade's wooden joinery, the beams, the brickwork and the vaulted ceiling were preserved. This house has a peculiar layout, given that you enter through the living room. The kitchen then forms part of the corridor, where the dining area was a very important factor of this design for the clients. On the first floor we find the bedrooms and another large room. This building's most imposing feature is the large skylight over the staircase, creating an impressive shaft of light.
