English-style town houses Sabadell

Llobet II

On this project, the client and her daughter opted for a very open-plan ground floor. They didn't want a typical TV and sofa area, but rather a creative space where they could paint and play the piano. On the first floor there is a bedroom for each of them. The courtyard is particularly impressive, with a tiled back wall and many natural and rustic elements. The goal: a home to be lived in. They chose warm, Nordic tones for the interior spaces. A new exposed brick wall was created in the dining room to create the illusion of an English-style town house. We added an insulating thermochip roof with exposed wooden beams. We restored wooden features of the house and used them as decoration. We also kept the balcony overlooking the street.
