English-style town houses Sabadell

From an open-plan warehouse and storage room, to a house with a new floor plan that allowed us to create very large, open spaces. The clients asked us to design the space to suit their day-to-day needs. They didn't tend to use the kitchen so they wanted it to be very minimalist. They requested an industrial style, which we achieved using micro cement, shades of black and grey, and exposed brick and iron. They wanted the courtyard to be a main feature, so we also added a small swimming pool. The impressive skylight lights up the entire staircase and the two ensuite bedrooms.
