Human

Human is the branch of Next that aims to project in every habitat the human traits that complement us and bring out pleasant sensations.

Aimed especially at schools, nursing homes and private companies.

We seek to recreate physical sensations through shapes, textures and temperature and turn the architectural space into a pleasurable sensory experience.

After all, we spend most of our day in them and feeling at ease has a positive influence on our behaviour.

Humanising space, bringing out the best in you (and yours ;-)

_How we work

Stage 1: What we convey, what we want to convey

We go to the site to carry out a sensory examination of the space and determine the deficiencies.

We propose an improvement project together with an estimate.

If you accept the estimate, we draw up a report of the current state and start a preliminary project consisting of the following items:

    • Plans and a virtual 3D visit
    • Proposal for the distribution of the space
    • Project materials
    • Style book
      • Image/Brand Analysis
      • Typography and colours applied to the spaces
      • Complete study of the dysfunctions
      • Lighting and colourimetric study
      • Signage and furniture proposal
Stage 2: In detail

When we start this phase, we make a mutual commitment: you create the space and Next helps you by providing knowledge and experience.

We submit the project to the city council and while the building permit arrives, we move forward in other areas of interest to you.

Be prepared to use your index finger to point and say:

"I like this. And this. This... no. But this is... This one here? No. That's right!"

And so on with every subject we introduce you to: floors, taps, doors, lights, windows, doorknobs, mirrors...

Stage 3: We start the transformation

The licence is approved, we start building - good!

The work progresses and we keep you informed of the progress in a timely manner. We supervise that the project is on schedule, both in terms of budget and deadlines.

We organise guided tours of the building site for you so that you can experience the transformation.

The last step, the one we like the most... handing you the keys and seeing your satisfied face.
