Construction

Construction is the backbone of your project.

First brick. Second brick. Third brick … … … … … Penultimate and … last brick!

_How we work

Stage 1: Let's count bricks

We interpret your idea by putting bricks, walls and square metres built in order to make a made-to-measure valuation.

We present you with a Preliminary Project that includes a price range so that you have an economic orientation.

This study is free of charge and will take into account your interests and specifications.

From here you decide if Next is the one to build your idea.

Stage 2: Detailed explanation

Let's get to work!

We start measuring and analysing all the items to be executed on site.

We choose the industrial suppliers who will be involved in the project.

We carry out a detailed economic assessment.

We present you with the Executive Project with a report of everything it includes: materials, qualities and the references of the selected suppliers.

Stage 3: Time is important

The budget is finalised and we deliver the Works Contract which includes a schedule of deadlines for each item.

This way you know when it starts and when it finishes so that you can plan your life during the process.

What's more... If we don't meet a deadline, you don't pay the corresponding amount.

Stage 4: Start of work

We want you to be enthusiastic from the first day to the last.

To this end, we plan to make site visits with you. In addition, you will receive a construction report every time the assigned architect visits the site.

We include monthly summaries of the progress and meetings in the office to control the budget.

Finally, we will finish the construction. And if you smiled when the first brick was laid, imagine your joy when the last brick is laid (and Next will be with you to celebrate together).
